⭐ Role Description: 

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Director to join our dynamic team at Trusted Family. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth by strategically formulating and executing on your sales strategy, fostering strong relationships with partners and leading family business practitioners.

Your passion for helping families in achieving long-term success, coupled with the ability to construct high-performing sales strategies, will make you an invaluable asset to our team.

💪 Responsibilities:

  • Construct and execute a strategic Sales Plan tailored to your region
  • Travel to industry events to elevate Trusted Family’s visibility and network in your market
  • Take proactive ownership of lead generation initiatives
  • Work efficiently and consistently within our CRM (HubSpot)
  • Build and nurture strong, trust-based relationships with clients, prospects, and partners
  • Stay current on SaaS sales best practices and continuously refine your approach to selling and closing
  • Collaborate closely with senior team members across Marketing, Product, and Client Success to surface insights and shape innovative sales strategies

💛 Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5+ years of experience in a sales position 
  • Knowledge of the family business and family office sector
  • Demonstrated a proven track record of entrepreneurial spirit and initiative-driven practices in previous roles
  • Strong understanding of the SaaS sales cycle and of technology
  • Demonstrated ability to think creatively, sell strategically, and communicate efficiently both internally and externally
