💫 Role Description

As a Marketing Associate, you will support Trusted Family’s marketing and communication efforts across content, digital channels, and partner initiatives. You will help create clear, engaging content that highlights the value of our platform for family businesses, family offices, and their trusted advisors.

This role is ideal for you if you enjoy writing, research, and bringing ideas to life. Curiosity, strong communication skills, and a proactive mindset are essential.

You will report to the Head of Marketing and work closely with colleagues across Product, Sales, and Client Success.

💪 Responsibilities

Content Creation

• Write concise content for social media, emails, newsletters, website pages, and partner materials.
• Write blog articles, white papers, and infographics, among others.
• Support case studies, product messaging, and short-form storytelling.

Digital & Website Support

• Assist with website updates, landing pages, and basic SEO-friendly copy.
• Collaborate with designers to produce clear, consistent visuals.

Webinar Support

• Assist in preparing webinars, including slides and promotional content (multi-channel campaign)

Research & Insights

• Conduct surveys and desk research on family business governance topics.
• Turn survey replies, notes, interviews, and recordings into powerful marketing content.

Campaign Coordination

• Support the planning and execution of marketing initiatives.
• Manage timelines, assets, and communication with stakeholders.

You are a good fit if you:

• Have a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Write clearly and confidently, and can turn complex ideas into concise, engaging content.
• Have a background in family business dynamics, governance, or entrepreneurship.
• Can leverage AI tools to support research, content creation, and workflow efficiency.
• Have a good eye for visuals and can create or adapt content in Canva.
• Are organized, proactive, and comfortable working on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Understand digital marketing principles and feels at ease with modern marketing tools.
• Learn quickly and enjoys working in a collaborative environment.
• Have hands-on experience with tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, HubSpot, Webflow, or other CMS platforms.
