🧭 Role Description

We are seeking a talented Product Designer to join our product team.

As a key contributor, you’ll shape user experience across web and mobile, working closely with the Head of Product and Engineers to create user-friendly, simple, and impactful solutions. This role covers the full spectrum of UX and UI design—from user research and flow design to final visual interfaces.

The role is based in Lisbon, Portugal, facilitating regular in-person collaboration and hybrid working flexibility.

🚀 Key Responsibilities

Product Design (Web & Mobile)

• Support the team in translating business goals, user insights, and technical constraints into design decisions.
• Audit and improve current user flows and interfaces to enhance usability, accessibility, and simplify complex experiences for both B2B and B2C user groups.
• Design new experiences that smoothly integrate to the existing product.
• Work within our existing design system and contribute to its evolution.

Rapid Prototyping & Validation

• Create sketches, wireframes, and interactive prototypes to quickly test and iterate on concepts.
• Use tools like Figma AI, Lovable, and ChatGPT (or others) to speed up research, prototyping, and documentation.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions.

Collaboration

• Partner with Product Manager and Engineers to define and deliver high-quality experiences aligned with strategic and technical constraints.
• Maintain clear documentation of design decisions, rationale, and guidelines.
• Communicate ideas effectively using user flows, mockups and prototypes.
• Provide story-level details (acceptance criteria, edge cases) to support smooth implementation.

🪄 Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Product Design, UX/UI, or a similar role designing for web and mobile applications.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating your approach to product design, including user flows, wireframes, visual design, and shipped features.
• Ability to simplify complex concepts and create intuitive experiences for B2B and/or B2C users
• Familiarity with using AI-assisted design tools (e.g., Figma AI, Lovable, ChatGPT) to speed up workflows.
• Fluency in English.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (React experience as a plus) to support small to medium front-end updates is a strong bonus qualification.
